Minizone Ozone Injectors
The Minizone Mazzei Kynar ozone injector can be supplied with 15mm or 20mm glue in PVC adaptors, or 19mm barbs. The suggested water flow rate is approx. 25 to 50 LPM, and pressure differential requirement is approx. 35 KPA.
Maxizine Ozone Injectors
The Maxizone Mazzei Kynar ozone injector can be supplied with 20 or 25mm glue in PVC adaptors. The suggested water flow rate is approx. 30 to 60 LPM, and pressure differential requirement is approx. 33 KPA.
Megazone Ozone Injector Manifolds
The Megazone injector manifold is built with 2″ (50mm) pipe work, a heavy duty valve and a Mazzei Kynar injector. The suggested water flow rate is approx. 150 to 500 LPM, and pressure differential requirement is approx. 11 KPA. This injector manifold would suit a ¾ to 2 HP pump.
The Megazone injector manifold can be supplied with single or dual ozone inputs, or it can be used in conjunction with various ozone hose manifolds for connection to multiple ozone generators. Refer to the diagrams in the ‘Ozone Systems’ drop down, under the ‘Water Treatment’ heading.
Ozone Hose Manifolds
Ozone hose manifolds in various configurations are used in conjunction with an ozone injector, or injector manifold. This allows for the connection of multiple ozone generators to the one injector.
Ozone Jet Installation Kits
The ozone jet water treatment installation kit is supplied fully assembled and ready for use. It consists of an ozone jet (venturi) with a 19mm barb for easy connection to a submersible pump, complete with 3 metres of ozone hose and a heavy duty non-return valve. The suggested water flow rate is approx. 20 to 40 LPM.
Electronic Starters
The Philips S10-E 18-75W Electronic Safety Starter, is a high quality electronic starter for use in the Black Max BM1 and BM2 ozone generators. The electronic starter greatly extends the life of the ozone lamp by eliminating the flickering associated with basic cheap bimetallic strip starters. A bimetallic strip starter should never be used in a Black Max ozone generator, as it will shorten the life of an ozone lamp and void the normal lamp warranty.
Miniature Tombstone Lamp Holders
Two miniature tombstone lamp holders are used to support the ends of the ozone lamp inside the Black Max BM1 and BM2 ozone generators. Before a replacement ozone lamp is installed, both of the old lamp holders must also be replaced with new units. This is essential as the lamp holders are exposed to ozone during the working life of the ozone lamp, and will deteriorate over this time, along with the lamp. Failure to replace these lamp holders will shorten the life of a new ozone lamp and void the warranty on the lamp.
