Black Max Air Treatment Ozone Generators
The Australian made Black Max air treatment ozone generators are designed to help control airborne bacteria, surface bacteria, germs, mould and organic odours etc. Bacteria and odours are neutralised when they come in contact with the ozone produced by the Black Max ozone system.
Black Max air treatment systems can be used for odour control in garbage storage areas, and for remediation of smoke or pet affected dwellings. They can also be used in bakeries, mushroom farms and similar applications where the control of airborne bacteria, surface bacteria and mould is required (see safety notes below).
Ozone is one of the fastest acting oxidizing agents known to science, and after the ozone has done its job, any excess ozone in the air will simply break down into oxygen leaving no chemical residues. A Black Max air treatment ozone generator is typically suitable for wall or ceiling mounted applications where the internal ozone lamp is never visible to the naked eye. The ozone generator can also be placed inside of a ductwork system where odours will be controlled as they pass through the ductwork. The operation of a Black Max UV (ultra violet) lamp ozone generator is less affected by high humidity environments, as can be the case with a CD (corona discharge) type of ozone generator.
The heavy duty Black Max ozone generators are constructed from powder coated marine grade aluminium, with separate ozone production and control gear chambers for extra long life. The Black Max incorporates a high quality ozone producing UV lamp, protected behind a mesh screen. The ozone lamp operates at a precise wavelength to optimise ozone production, and the use of a specialised electronic starter greatly increases the lamp life.
Black Max air treatment ozone generators are simple to operate, have no regular maintenance requirements, are extremely reliable, and have an exceptionally long life span.
The Black Max ozone generator has a full twelve month warranty that covers all components, including the ozone lamp (conditions apply).

Skin and eyes must never be exposed to the ozone lamp inside of a Black Max ozone generator. Ensure that staff or animals are not exposed to high levels of ozone in any enclosed spaces without adequate ventilation.
